Job Position – IT Support Expert

With strong hands-on experience in Networking, Network Administration, and System Administration. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring seamless IT infrastructure, cloud services, and network performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company-wide IT infrastructure including servers, routers, firewalls, and cloud platforms.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network systems, VPNs, and security protocols.
- Administer and support Windows/Linux-based systems, backups, patching, and user access control.
- Handle escalated technical support issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Oversee cloud networking environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred).
- Implement and enforce IT policies, security procedures, and disaster recovery strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support roles with core focus on networking and systems administration.
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation.
- Strong command of IT infrastructure design, network diagnostics, and troubleshooting tools.
- Experience with cloud networking and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+/Security+ are highly desirable.
