IT Technical Support Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time– Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
– Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
– Troubleshoot system and connectivity problems (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, etc.).
– Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory.
– Support Microsoft Office 365 applications and cloud tools.
– Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation.
– Assist in onboarding/offboarding and system setups for new users.

Qualification.
– 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
– Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
– Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
– Ability to multitask and handle technical requests in a timely manner.
– Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
