Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate daily labor deployment and attendance management
– Liaise with site supervisors, clients, and workers
– Handle labor documentation and scheduling
– Monitor workforce performance and resolve site-related issues
– Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
– Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
– Experience in manpower supply or construction industry preferred
– Strong communication and coordination skills
– Ability to manage multiple sites and workforce efficiently
– Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws is an advantage
– Good computer and reporting skills
