Current Job Vacancies
1) Accounts Payable Specialist
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
– 2–4 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience in the visa services or travel industry.
– Hands-on experience with Ninthware, Signature ERP, and other accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online).
– Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and related documentation.
– Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with multi-currency transactions (AED, USD, JOD, SAR).
– English and Arabic proficiency is a plus.
2) Sales Reservation Executive
– Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in reservations and customer service within the travel and tourism industry in UAE Hotels and B2B Portals.
– Familiarity with UAE visa processing, hotel bookings, and travel regulations is a plus.
– English and Arabic proficiency is a plus.
3) Corporate Business & Client Relations Manager
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience in travel coordination, event travel management, or key account management, ideally in a travel agency or events company.
– Proficiency with travel booking systems (GDS), CRM platforms, and communication tools.
– Willingness to travel occasionally within the UAE or abroad.
4) B2B Portal – Sales Manager
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
– Minimum 5years UAE experience in Sales Managerial for Travel and Tourism Company.
– Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools, with the ability to use MajeStay’s B2B portal effectively.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English and Arabic proficiency is a plus).
– Tech-savvy: Familiar with digital platforms, portals, and web-based tools.
