Job Position – Microsoft 365 Officer (Junior Level)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: 5,000 – 7,000 AED

Currently looking for a Microsoft 365 Officer to join one of clients in Abu Dhabi and support IT service operations in a structured ITSM environment.

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies
• Hands-on experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus
• Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills
• Experience working within an IT Service Management (ITSM) environment

Mandatory Certifications:
• MS-102 – Microsoft 365 Administrator
• ITIL 4 Foundation

Good to Have:
• MD-102 – Endpoint Administrator
• SC-300 – Identity & Access Administrator
• AZ-900 – Azure Fundamentals
