Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a NOC Support Engineer located in the United Arab Emirates. The NOC Support Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to network operations center support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving network issues to ensure network stability and performance.
Qualifications
– Strong understanding of network operations and protocols
– Experience in network monitoring and troubleshooting
– Knowledge of ITIL framework
– Experience with network security protocols and technologies
– Good communication and problem-solving skills
– Relevant certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
– UAE Driving License will be plus.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
