Job Position – Production Supervisor
Company Name – Fujairah Building Industries
To oversee manufacturing operations, ensure process efficiency, and maintain quality standards in production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
· Monitor quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
· Lead and train production staff to improve efficiency.
· Troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
· Coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams for seamless operations.
· Generate the Shift wire reports through ERP System
· Input Shift wire data into ERP System.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Preferably Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field)
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in insulation or industrial production.
– Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
– Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards.
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
