Job Position – Project Coordinator
Company Name – Home Bakery
Location: UAE (Head Office)
Experience Level: Junior (1–2 years in UAE)
To support our Project Management team in the rapid expansion of restaurant brand across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will be the “glue” that holds our construction projects together, ensuring that documentation, timelines, and communications between contractors and our internal team stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
Project Documentation: Maintain and organize all project folders, including floor plans, permits, trade licenses, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for UAE and KSA
Timeline Tracking: Update project reports daily to ensure milestones for new branch openings are met.
Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with fit-out contractors, kitchen equipment suppliers, and interior designers to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
Site Visits: Assist the Project Manager during site inspections in the UAE to document progress through photos and reports.
Procurement Support: Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) and follow up on delivery statuses.
Government Relations Support: Assist in coordinating with local authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA etc) for necessary approvals.
Reporting: Prepare weekly progress reports for senior management regarding budget spend and construction status.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in the UAE, preferably within the F&B, fit-out, or construction sectors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Basic understanding of AutoCAD (to read/interpret floor plans) is a significant plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Mobility: Must be willing to travel across the UAE
Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a “can-do” attitude in a fast-paced environment.
