Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – CCECC
To join team and support tendering and estimation activities (Immediate Requirement).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor tender invitations, queries, addenda, and submission deadlines
Handle and submit tenders through Government and private tender portals
Prepare, compile, and upload tender submission documents in compliance with tender requirements
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, planning) to collect required tender inputs
Ensure all commercial, technical, and administrative documents are complete and compliant
Assisting in cost estimation and pre-tender budgeting
Quantity take-offs and measurements
Supporting the tendering team during bid stages
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a pre-contract QS role
Strong knowledge of Government submission portals
Proficient in PlanSwift for quantity take-offs
Good understanding of tendering procedures and documentation
Ability to assist effectively in estimations and cost analysis
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
