Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

Project Type: High-Rise Building Projects
Location: UAE
Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 (Based on experience)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Requirements:
– Proven experience in high-rise building construction projects
– Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimation, and contract administration
– Experience in UAE construction industry preferred
– Good understanding of FIDIC contracts
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
-Ability to manage subcontractor payments and project cost control
