Job Position – GRE/Real Estate Admin
Location – Dubai
Responsibilities:
– Welcome and assist clients and visitors.
– Manage front desk operations.
– Coordinate property inquiries and appointments.
– Provide administrative support.
– Maintain reception area.
Requirements:
– Prior experience in Dubai’s real estate industry and Public Relations (PR) is mandatory.
– Customer service experience preferred.
– Property Listing Portals Expert
– CRM System Expert
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
– Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages preferred.
– Own visa holders preferred
– Must be available for immediate joining.
