Responsibilities:
Office Administration: Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of office operations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records and documents, including real estate-related paperwork.
Client Relations: Communicate with clients professionally, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
Data Entry: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in our databases.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams within the company to facilitate efficient operations.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in office administration is required.
· Experience in real estate administrative tasks are valuable advantage.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office.
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in tasks.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Positive and proactive attitude.
Location: Al Barsha, Dubai
Salary: 3000 AED
