Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager in the Dubai market
Proven track record of leading and managing sales teams
Strong expertise in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market
Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, negotiation and business development skills
