Job Position – Recruitment Supervisor

Hiring a dynamic to lead blue-collar hiring for Gulf-based projects. If you have a proven track record in overseas recruitment, strong agency networks across South Asia, and the ability to manage end-to-end operations with precision
Key Responsibilities
– Source, screen & select candidates for Gulf roles
– Coordinate trade tests & technical evaluations
– Oversee visa, medical & deployment logistics
– Manage agency partnerships across India, Nepal, Bangladesh & Pakistan
– Liaise with clients & internal teams to fulfil manpower needs
– Generate MIS reports & ensure compliance
– Travel across GCC for recruitment campaigns
