Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: AED 7,500
Live-Out Allowance: AED 6,000
Language Allowance:
AED 350 – Arabic Speaker
AED 600 – Arabic & French Speaker
Candidate Profile
Nationality preference: Syrian, Lebanese, or Egyptian
Open to both male and female candidates within UAE only
Fluency in Arabic is essential; French is an added advantage
Proven experience managing upscale or fine-dining restaurant operations
Strong leadership, guest engagement, and operational excellence skills
Core Responsibilities
Ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with luxury service standards
Oversee daily restaurant operations, quality control, and team performance
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing service team
Maintain brand standards, compliance, and profitability
