Job Position – Sales Associate (Retail)

Key Responsibilities
– Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
– Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable clothing, sizes, colors, and styles.
– Explain product features, prices, promotions, and offers.
– Assist customers with fitting, product selection, and purchase decisions.
– Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
– Ensure clothing racks, shelves, and fitting areas are clean and well presented.
– Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
– Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints professionally.
– Support stock receiving, checking, labeling, and replenishment.
– Monitor product availability and inform supervisors about low-stock items.
– Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
– Promote special offers and new collections.
– Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
– Follow company policies and maintain a professional appearance.
Requirements
– Previous experience in retail sales, accessories fashion, clothing, or customer service is preferred.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
– Ability to work toward sales targets.
– Basic knowledge of clothing, fashion, sizes, and fabrics is an advantage.
– Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
– Basic computer/POS knowledge.
– Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
