Job Position – Sales Executive

-A seasoned sales professional with a hunter mentality. Successful candidates will get up daily, prospecting new business for alternative distribution and growing company revenue streams.
-Proven skill at generating leads through cold calling, emailing, researching, and networking.
-Collect and evaluates potential sales opportunities. The right candidate knows how to determine the probability of a lead showing interest in the product or service.
-An important part of the role is to close a deal before transferring the account to the assigned customer relation manager.
-Keep the CRM system accurate and relevant to measure and follow up on the quantity and quality of the sales activity.
-Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative
-Good comprehension of consumer insurance products
-Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
-Ability to be creative, think through commercial challenges and make recommendations/execute.
-Professional English and, excellent presentation skills and written English.
-Hunger, energy, motivation by numbers and success.
-Team player, selfish in delivering his/her numbers, while being an active team member and contributing to the overall success of others and therefore the business.
