A leading trading company specializing in gas materials and equipment in the UAE.

A pivotal role in driving revenue growth in the gas equipment sector. The Sales Officer will also be creating and sending quotations, handling purchase orders, meeting clients, and ensuring smooth deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
·Customer Engagement: Build lasting customer relationships by understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions in materials and equipment.
·Quotation Management: Create and send quotations to clients using the ERP system, ensuring accuracy in responses.
·Purchase Order Handling: Process purchase orders through the ERP system, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant departments.
·Client Meetings: Proactively arrange and attend meetings with potential and existing clients to discuss their requirements, present our product offerings, and provide tailored solutions.
·Relationship Building: Maintain client relationships by following up on inquiries, orders, and deliveries, and addressing any concerns or issues.
·Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries to clients, addressing any delivery-related challenges or delays.
·Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential new customers in the gas industry.
·Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets by executing effective sales strategies, promotional activities, and targeted sales campaigns.
·Product Knowledge: Accumulate knowledge of Al Fanar Commercial Agencies’ range of products and effectively communicate their value to customers.
·Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals, maintaining customer satisfaction.
·Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the ERP system.
·Future Expansion: Collaborate with the team to prepare for expansion into the Gulf region and maintain relationships with international agents to support this endeavor.
Qualification:
·Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Sales, …etc.)
·Proven track record of 3-5 years in sales, experienced in the gas equipment sector in the UAE.
·Understanding of the UAE market, including competitors, and customer needs in the gas industry.
·Strong negotiation skills.
·Ability to work independently or part of a team.
·Results-driven.
·Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients.
