Job Position – Sales Officer

Dashmesh International Trading Company is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Spirits & Wines) to join our growing team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
– Receive and record sales enquiries; follow up as guided by the sales team
– Prepare quotations, sales orders, and delivery documents
– Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics for order processing
– Update ERP system with order details, pricing, and stock information
– Track order status and report delays or issues to seniors
– Assist in maintaining stock levels and re-order information
– Handle customer calls, emails, and basic queries professionally
– Support the sales team with reports and documentation
– Ensure accuracy and timely processing of all sales orders
Requirements
-0–2 years of retail sales experience in Alcoholic Beverages (Spirits & Wines)
-Strong knowledge of the UAE market
-Experience in Duty Free / Diplomatic Corps segment preferred
-Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
-Immediate joiners preferred
-Female candidates are preferred due to the nature of the role and company requirements
