Job Position – School Data Analyst

Location – Sharjah, UAE
Seeking a dedicated and experienced School Data Analyst to support school improvement planning and SPEA inspection requirements.
Key Responsibilities
– Analyze and interpret three years of student achievement, progress, attendance, and assessment data.
– Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for school leadership and inspection purposes.
– Track performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
– Analyze CBSE and other internal/external assessment results (ASSET, CAT4, PIRLS, etc.).
– Support inspection preparation through accurate data analysis and evidence management.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Education, or a related field.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis within a school environment.
– School experience is mandatory.
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is preferred.
– Knowledge of CBSE assessment practices and UAE school inspection frameworks is an advantage.
– Only candidates with UAE school experience and expertise in educational data analysis will be considered.
