Scrum Master

Job Position – Scrum Master x2

Company Name – Halian

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (12 months extendable contract, high possibility for permanent employment)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or someone who can join within 30 days.

Requirements:
– Must have 5+ years as Scrum Master or in end-to-end agile process delivery (agile transformation)
– Must have experience managing multiple scrum teams.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent is mandatory
– Certification in Scrum Master CSM or SAFe is mandatory
– Strong experience in Jira.
– Experience in relevant business/development support, agile delivery, user story creation, writing, and estimation
– Knowledge of project, program and portfolio management practices, following agile methodologies, as well as a good understanding of product management principles
– Strong written and oral communication skills.
