Highly skilled and detail-oriented to join our finance team . This role is crucial for supporting financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and IPO preparation within a fast-growing e-cigarette and Packaging company. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is essential for effective communication with stakeholders and partners.
Key Responsibilities
– Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and UAE regulations
– Support IPO readiness, financial disclosures, and coordinate with regulatory bodies and advisors
– Lead external audit coordination and support internal audit processes
– Translate and draft financial reports and investor materials in both English and Chinese
– Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, financial, and ESMA regulations
– Identify and implement process improvements to optimize reporting workflows
– Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, operations, and investor relations teams
– Show adaptability and a willingness to work extra hours when needed

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
– Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (audit background preferred)
– Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English
– Experience with IPO, capital markets, or financial disclosures
– Strong skills in Excel, ERP, and SAP
– Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
– Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and eager to learn
– Industry experience in FMCG, trading, or regulated products is a plus
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
– Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (audit background preferred)
– Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English
– Experience with IPO, capital markets, or financial disclosures
