Job Position – Senior Accountant
Company Name – HSJB Global
Location: Dubai
Salary: 8,000 AED
A leading organization in the UAE (Logistics, Warehousing & Supply Chain sector) is seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Accountant to join its finance team.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of solid accounting experience
Key Responsibilities
– Manage full-cycle accounting operations: AP, AR & General Ledger
– Perform bank, customer, supplier & intercompany reconciliations
– Handle monthly/quarterly/year-end closing & financial reporting
– Ensure VAT & Corporate Tax compliance (UAE + overseas exposure)
– Manage cash flow, budgeting & working capital
– Oversee inventory/stock reconciliation & support internal/external audits
– Coordinate payroll activities with HR
– Support ERP implementation (Tally/Retail Pro; Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage)
– Prepare cost sheets, SKU pricing & financial analysis
Requirements
– Strong and proven accounting experience (mandatory)
– Solid knowledge of accounting standards & UAE tax laws
– Advanced Excel skills (mandatory – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas, dashboards, etc.)
– ERP system knowledge (Tally/Retail Pro; MS Dynamics is a plus)
– Excellent analytical, communication & problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and within teams
