Job Position – Senior IT Manager
Company Name – Reliance Recruiters (Food Manufacturing Company)
Location: Dubai
Requirements:
– Experience: 10+ years in enterprise IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing SAP environments and digital transformation.
– Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English.
– Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
– Certifications ITIL, PMP, or SAP Certification preferred; ISO 27001 or cybersecurity-related certifications is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the health and performance of SAP ECC (Especially FICO, SD, MM, PP) and its integration with internal and third-party systems.
– Support the transition toward intelligent automation (e.g., IBM CP4BA or equivalent) and digital workflows across departments.
– Govern SAP Transport Management System (TMS), configuration change controls, and release cycles.
