Job Position – Senior MEP Coordinator
Company Name – SCEGC
Location: Dubai, UAE
Project: B+G+5P+45+R Laguna Residence Towers
Experience: Minimum 10 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preterred
To join team for a prestigious high-rise building project in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) activities with structural and architectural teams.
2. Review and approve MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings and technical submissions.
3.Identify and resolve MEP clashes using AutoCAD, Revit MEP.
4. Monitor site installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
5.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project execution.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant MEP experience.
3. Strong UAE experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory.
4.Excellent knowledge of MEP coordination, technical drawings and site execution.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP and Navisworks.
6. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
