Job Position – Senior Microsoft Exchange Expert

Job Summary:
Expert who can work from the ground up, handling full deployment and configuration of Microsoft Exchange environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience with Exchange 2013 & 2019, Active Directory, DNS, Windows Server 2019, and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Key Responsibilities:
– Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Exchange Server 2013/2019 environments.
– Configure and manage Active Directory, including Group Policies, user accounts, authentication, and directory services.
– Administer and maintain DNS and Windows Server 2019 environments, ensuring performance and availability.
– Set up and manage Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM 2019) for patch management, deployment, and compliance.
– Monitor infrastructure performance using System Centre Operations Manager (SCOM) for proactive issue detection and resolution.
– Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Microsoft infrastructure components.
– Ensure all systems comply with organizational security standards and best practices.
Requirements:
– Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft systems administration.
– Proven expertise with Microsoft Exchange 2013/2019, Active Directory, DNS, and Windows Server 2019.
– Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and SCOM.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Ability to work independently and build systems from scratch.
