Job Position – Senior Planning Engineers

To join project teams. This role is critical as multiple projects are currently in progress.
Experience Required: 5–8 years
Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain Primavera schedules with defined activities and key interface milestones
-Load cost, weightage, manpower, and machinery based on productivity rates
-Analyse schedule impacts of actual and potential delays and propose mitigation measures
-Prepare progress reports and performance correspondence for clients and engineers
-Develop Extension of Time (EOT) claims using TIA / Window Analysis methods
-Update baseline schedules, construction methodologies, manpower plans, and equipment requirements
-Analyse critical and near-critical paths and recommend recovery strategies
-Develop plan vs actual progress curves
-Prepare weekly planning and progress review presentations for senior management
