About the job
· Provide technical specification of the products to the consultant for the approval of the material to be used in the project.
· Competitive intelligence – Market Research Studies, Benchmarking of competitors Product Range.
· Providing innovative solutions to clients in terms of specifications incorporating company’s products.
· To insist on specification packages to developers, consultants, designers & customers so as to ensure that company’s products are incorporated in designing stage.
· Evaluate and suggest product and service solutions in line with client need and requirements.
· Assigned work into members to make sure about delivery to design time quality and budget.
· Application of the products concerning the terms and by laws of Government authorities.
· Responsible for specifying Building Envelope System with Developers, Designers, Architects & Consultants.
· Provide technical expertise to the MEP Contractors, Civil Engineers & Architects on Building Envelope System & solutions through product training, facilitating presentations & meetings.
Requirement:
Preference will be given to female candidates from Sales & Marketing background.
