Job Position – System Administrator & ITSM Engineer

What we’re looking for:
– Strong experience in Windows Server & Active Directory
– Hands-on with IFS ITSM (or similar tools like ManageEngine/ServiceNow)
– Knowledge of ITIL processes and automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
– Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
Join our team and take the lead in:
– Designing and maintaining Windows Server environments
– Managing virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, AHV)
– Implementing security, backups, and disaster recovery strategies
– Administering IFS ITSM modules and automating workflows
– Building dashboards, tracking SLAs, and driving continuous improvement
