Job Position – Technical Support Engineer Consultant Service

-10 to 12 years of relevant work experience
-8 – 10 years of experience in Windows, Cloud, Virtualisation administration and infrastructure support.
– 7+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure environments
Location: Abu Dhabi
Skills & Competence:
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure architecture and services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and security configuration.
• Proficiency in M365 ecosystem and service integrations.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Strong understanding of the MS Exchange email system
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with identity and access management, security best practices, and compliance standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong hands-on work experience in Azure, AD & Exchange
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments (on-premises to Azure).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Sentinel.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery planning in cloud/hybrid environments.
• Experience in handling service incidents, root cause analysis, and documentation.
• Proven experience with Azure IaaS/PaaS administration.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring, patching, and backup solutions
• Document infrastructure changes and maintain SOPs and knowledge base
