Job Position – Accounts Assistant
Responsibilities:
– Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
– Prepare bank deposits.
– Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
– Maintain digital and physical financial records.
– Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
– Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders.
– Calling Customers for payments follow-ups.
