Key Responsibilities
Deliver the curriculum with strong subject knowledge and engaging teaching practices
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons catering to diverse learning styles
Assess, record, and report on student progress effectively
Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Use technology and creative resources to enhance learning
Promote student wellbeing and provide academic guidance
Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching materials and initiatives
Contribute to co-curricular and extra-curricular activities
Maintain strong communication with parents and the wider school community
Uphold GEMS policies, values, and standards at all times
Skills & Qualifications
B.Ed or relevant degree with PGCE/PGDE (or equivalent)
Proven experience teaching Art
Ability to teach across multiple levels is an advantage
Creative, enthusiastic, and student-focused approach
Strong IT and interpersonal communication skills
