Key Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automotive parts sales/dealer management
-Experience with Japanese automotive brands – Passenger Cars & Commercial Vehicles
-Proven track record in achieving sales, profitability, and growth targets
-Strong dealer relationship, negotiation, and business development skills
-Experience in team leadership, coaching, and development
-Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
-MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred
