Job Position – Assistant Manager
Company Name – Fujairah Rockwool Factory
-Managing process resources optimizing current processes and maintaining process documents.
-Providing the product manager with process documents and standard operating procedures.
-Responsible for complete activities of Hot end area and process.
-Responsible for developing and implementing process strategies.
-Meeting with production manager to assess existing processes.
-Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems.
-Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
-Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
-Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
-Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
-Performing process simulation and troubleshooting issues.
-Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
-Performing process simulation and troubleshooting issues.
-Performing risk assessments.
-Performing optimization trials.
-Monitoring and upgrading the system.
-Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks needed.
Work Related Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in process management or a related field within a manufacturing environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar).
Skills:
-Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
-High-level knowledge of process evaluation and process analysis.
-Experience working with MS Office/ERP System.
-Advanced technical skills.
-Analytical thinker.
-Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
-Experience of Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing is an advantage.
Language:
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
