Job Position – Assistant Sales Engineer

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (mandatory)
-1–2 years of relevant sales experience (preferably in building materials or façade industry)
-Currently based in the UAE
-Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus)
-UAE Driving License is an advantage

-Effective client communication and relationship management
-Accurate and consistent follow-up with clients and prospects
-Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
-Strong time management and organizational skills
-Punctual and reliable in daily responsibilities
Compensation:
Monthly Wage Structure:
30% Basic Salary + 70% Performance-Based Commission
(Earn more through performance-driven incentives)
Salary Range: AED 3,750 – 4,600
(Based on experience and product knowledge)
