Strategic growth and expand our client base across the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, a strong network, and a passion for building long-term client relationships in the consulting space.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
– Develop tailored proposals and presentations based on client needs
– Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
– Regularly travel within the UAE for client meetings (own car preferred)
Requirements:
– 3–5+ years of business development or sales experience in the UAE
– Background in consulting, professional services, or B2B solution sales
– Strong understanding of the UAE market dynamics
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Valid UAE driving license is a must
– Arabic language skills (optional but a plus)
