Job Position – Call Center Agent

Job Type: Full-time\Shifts: Rotational (including evenings/weekends)
Onsite auto services provider, is growing! With 40+ service vehicles on the road and over 150,000 satisfied customers, hiring for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
What You’ll Do:
-Be the first point of contact for incoming customer calls
-Provide accurate details on services, pricing & policies
-Coordinate service requests with dispatch & technicians
-Ensure follow-up and excellent customer satisfaction
-Handle customer concerns with patience, empathy & professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
-High school diploma or above
-Experience in customer service or call centers
-Strong communication skills
-A customer-first attitude and ability to work under pressure
-Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
