Job Position – Civil Engineer
Company Name – Alutal Aluminium & Glass
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and monitor site construction activities to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
-Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents before execution.
-Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
-Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project timelines.
-Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
-Manage site resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
-Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
-Attend project meetings and provide updates on site progress and challenges.
-Monitor quality control procedures and ensure corrective actions are implemented when required.
-Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in the UAE construction industry.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
-Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and project coordination.
-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
-Familiarity with UAE construction standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
-Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools is an advantage.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
-Must be currently available in the UAE.
