Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 4–5 years of experience in manpower contract administration, recruitment coordination, or a similar role.
– Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (PR Creation, PO Creation, Service Entry Sheets, and Invoicing).
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
– Understanding of contract lifecycle management, vendor performance monitoring, SLAs, KPIs, commercial terms, invoicing, and contract variations.
– Must have a valid QID
