Job Position – Customer Operations Executive

Hiring for a proactive and customer-focused to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless customer experiences, efficient operational processes, and effective coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt support via calls, email, and WhatsApp
-Manage day-to-day operational activities, documentation, and coordination with internal departments
-Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare operational reports
-Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless customer transactions and timely issue resolution
-Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the client journey
-?Ensure the payout communication is made on timely basis and handle all the tasks related to RG payout
Requirements:
-Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, or a similar role (real estate experience preferred)
-Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
-Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
