MB Services FZ LLC is currently seeking Finnish Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team seeking Dubai-based candidates fluent in both English and Finnish.
NOTE: Apply if you have fluency in both the mentioned languages.
Role Overview:
– Address and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
– Provide accurate, timely assistance and maintain detailed customer records.
– Flexibility to work in rotational shifts is required.
