Job Position – Ecommerce Customer Support Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Hiring for a customer-focused and proactive to join our growing ecommerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, order support, returns and refunds, marketplace case resolution, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across our D2C platforms and marketplaces.

-Salomon GCC
-Wilson ME
-Judith Leiber
-Amazon, Noon, Namshi & Trendyol

Requirements:
-Fluent in Arabic & English (Mandatory)
-2–4 years of Ecommerce Customer Support experience
-Experience handling D2C Ecommerce websites
-GCC Ecommerce experience preferred
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Experience with Shopify, Magento, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Ziwo, or similar platforms
-Knowledge of Ecommerce operations, logistics, and marketplace support

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage customer inquiries via Email, Chat, Phone & WhatsApp
-Handle orders, cancellations, returns, refunds & exchanges
-Coordinate with logistics, warehouse & marketplace teams
-Monitor SLA, CSAT, FRT & Resolution Time metrics
-Support abandoned cart recovery initiatives
-Resolve marketplace cases and customer escalations
