Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:
-Design marketing materials including brochu-res, flyers, social media posts, and advertisements
-Create visually appealing content aligned with brand guidelines
-Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and promotions
-Develop real estate project presentations and branding materials
-Edit photos and videos for digital campaigns
-Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards
-Stay updated with design trends, especially in real estate marketing

Requirements:
Real estate experience highly preferred
-Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
–Experience in social media creatives and digital marketing assets
-Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional work
