Healthcare Recruiter

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.
Strong expertise in candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and networking.
Experience in screening and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Previous healthcare recruitment experience is preferred.
