Job Position – HSE Officer

Key Responsibilities
– Ensure site compliance with HSE plans, procedures, and local regulations.
– Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and implement corrective actions.
– Monitor high-risk activities to ensure safe work practices.
– Coordinate with site teams to maintain safe construction operations.
– Maintain HSE records, reports, and training documentation.
– Investigate incidents and follow up on corrective actions.
– Support audits and ensure compliance with permit-to-work and emergency procedures.
– Promote environmental and waste management practices.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
– 5–10 years of experience as an HSE Officer in construction or interior fit-out projects.
– Strong knowledge of construction site safety standards and regulations.
– NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification is preferred.
– Strong communication and site supervision skills.
– Ability to enforce safety rules firmly and professionally.
– Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced site environments
