Role Summary
Provide L2 support for Linux, VMware, and basic network environments supporting critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
-Support and monitor critical IT systems & infrastructure
-Provide L2 troubleshooting (systems, network, applications)
-Administer Linux servers (basic level)
-Manage VMware (VM provisioning & support)
-Handle basic networking & firewall tasks
-Resolve incidents and ensure system uptime
Requirements
-2+ years in Networking, Linux, VMware
-Basic knowledge of firewalls & applications support
-Experience in critical/production environments
