Job Position – IT Support Technician
With hands-on knowledge and experience in the following areas:
-Domain Controller & Active Directory management
-Microsoft 365 / Entra ID (basic user and policy management preferred)
-Avaya IP Phones configuration and troubleshooting
-Tally installation, backup, upgrade, and configuration
-Printer support (Ricoh, HP, Canon – network and driver troubleshooting)
-Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN concepts)
-Switch configuration and troubleshooting (managed switches preferred)
-VPS / Cloud Server management (basic Linux/Windows server handling, backups, monitoring, SSH/RDP access management)
-Firewall and basic network security understanding (preferred)
Preferred Skills:
-Experience in virtualization environments (Proxmox/Hyper-V/VMware is an advantage)
-Knowledge of backup solutions and disaster recovery concepts
-Basic troubleshooting of Windows Server and Ubuntu Server
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide user support
