Job Position – Junior Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Noaf Interiors
Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000
With 1–2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects to join our growing team in Dubai.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with strong experience in BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, tender support, and subcontractor coordination within the UAE fit-out industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior fit-out and millwork projects
Carry out material quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents
Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and project cost control
Support the tendering process, including bid preparation and commercial evaluation
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and pricing
Assist in subcontractor evaluation, procurement, and commercial negotiations
Maintain project cost records, variance reports, and financial tracking documents
Support contract administration, variation orders, and project documentation
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
1–2 years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior fit-out / construction
Strong knowledge of BOQs, material take-offs, tendering, and subcontractor evaluation
Good understanding of cost control, contract administration, and variation tracking
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying / estimating software
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
