Responsible for supervising and managing all laboratory operations, ensuring accurate diagnostic results, quality assurance, safety compliance, and adherence to MOPH/QCHP standards. Oversees laboratory staff, validates test reports, maintains turnaround times, and supports high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
Medical Degree from a recognized institution
Master’s Degree or Specialty in Laboratory Medicine
QCHP License or eligibility in Qatar
Strong experience in laboratory diagnostics and quality management
