Job Position – Landscape Sales Manager
Company Name – Jenny Flowers International
Full plantation and irrigation at Saadiyat Abu Dhabi in 4 days. The industry standard is 8 to 10.
Execution at that pace has a consequence. Demand from developers, hotels, and facility management companies is now growing faster than our sales leadership can absorb. So we are opening a leadership seat.
The mandate:
-Lead and coach the landscape sales team to revenue targets
-Own tenders, large project proposals, and pricing strategy
-Negotiate and close high value contracts for design, installation, and annual maintenance
Who earns this seat:
-5+ years in landscaping sales, at least 2 leading a team
-A proven record closing large projects in the UAE or GCC
-A real network among developers, consultants, and FM companies
