Job Position – Lawyer
Company Name – EmiraTalent
Client who is the creator of an innovative platform, that was built by lawyers for lawyers, to supercharge legal professionals to complete bespoke end to end legal workflows is looking for a highly skilled Lawyer to join their team.
The successful candidate will be fully qualified in his/her field, hold 5-10 years practice experience (in a similar vertical would be advantageous) and ready to play a vital role in some of the company’s most commercially important priorities in driving their business forward.
In this role, you will also be expected to provide strategic legal counsel, subject matter expertise, and thought partnership in corporate governance, transactional, and regulatory compliance matters. You will also partner closely with department leaders to identify issues of the highest risk facing the organization and subsequently propose and drive solutions to address them.
