Job Position – Marine Admin Assistant
Company Name – Sea Works
To support our marine operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative coordination within a fast-paced marine/offshore environment.
Job Responsibilities:
-Provide daily administrative support to marine and offshore operations
-Prepare, organize, and maintain marine personnel records and documentation
-Coordinate crew mobilization, travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics
-Assist in preparing reports, timesheets, invoices, and operational documents
-Maintain filing systems, database records, and document control procedures
-Coordinate with vessel teams, clients, suppliers, and recruitment departments
-Monitor validity of crew documents, certificates, and licenses
-Handle email correspondence, telephone inquiries, and internal communication
-Support onboarding and deployment activities for marine personnel
-Assist management with scheduling meetings, reports, and operational updates
-Ensure all documentation is updated and submitted on time
-Support HR and recruitment activities when required
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Previous experience in administration, marine, shipping, offshore, or logistics industry preferred
-Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or related field is an advantage
-Good communication and coordination skills
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Knowledge of marine documentation and crew coordination is an advantage
-Good English communication skills
