Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell mobile phones across designated retail outlets.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
Meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest mobile products and promotions.
Ensure excellent customer experience and after-sales service.
Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in mobile phone sales with reputable retail outlets or major brands, either in the UAE or in your home country.
Alternatives: Candidates without direct mobile sales experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong sales aptitude and a quick learning ability.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential. Knowledge of Arabic or Malayalam is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, customer engagement, and negotiation abilities.
Personality: Sales-focused, target-oriented, and comfortable in high-energy retail settings.
Candidate Availability: Priority given to locally available candidates in the UAE.
